![]() Do not turn off more than one rule at once. If this works, then troubleshoot the conditions of the rule that was turned off. Try turning off the other call forwarding rules one by one and see if the user can start to receive inbound calls. You can check this by going to Phone app > Click more > Settings > Call forwarding > Voice call > Always forward > Click Disable.i tried checking all setup options but it is not apparent to me any of the setup options would configure my phone to go directly to voicemail on every call. the phones in the house do not even ring. If it is enabled and the user intends it to be used, then the blocked caller list needs to be troubleshot. Since swithcing my phone lines / DSL over to AT&T Uverse, all my incoming calls go straight to Voicemail. ![]()
